Bahamas Memories

We had a wonderful time on Eleuthera with our family.  Some of our favorite memories:  playing in the water for hours on French Leave Beach, Greta surfing, building sandcastles, frozen shirts, eating popsicles, flying kites, water balloon fight - kids against adults, obstacle course, playing dog bingo, Papa playing poker with Toby, swinging in the hammock, kayaking, collecting shells, clean plate club metals, freeze dance parties, Friday Night Fish Fry in Governor's Harbour, eating conch fritters, 

and going to Ten Bay Beach.  It was a great trip!

Family Time

We are having a wonderful time with our family this week!  This time together is invaluable.  

We're hanging out on the beach, looking for seashells, watching a barracuda swim in the shallow surf, having dinner with the locals at the Tarpum Bay Homecoming, dancing to Disney tunes, 

 cheering for awards, and much more!

French Leave Beach

Our family gathered on Eleuthera.  We rented a house on French Leave Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  We are having a great time playing on the beach, kayaking, making water balloons, cracking open coconuts, and hanging out with family.  The best!

In the Bahamas

Papa and I flew to the Bahamas yesterday.  We stayed overnight near Nassau.  We walked on the beach until we found a restaurant for dinner.  There were big clouds and then a beautiful pastel sunset.  We are off to Eleuthera, to spend a week with our children and grandchildren!

Lunch and Back to Pasture

We took our Branding group photo then packed up and went up the hill for lunch.  Our menu this year:  lasagne, garlic bread, salad, dessert of vanilla ice cream and peach sorbet with fresh cherry sauce.  Everyone lingered over lunch.  The last order of the day is to go back to the corral to get the cows and move them back to pasture.  It was a good branding day!
