On our second day in Naples, Papa and I took the funicular up to Castel Sant'Elmo. We enjoyed the views of the city of Naples and walked down the UNESCO stairway, Pedamentina A San Martino.
I searched online for the top ten pizzerias in Naples. One pizzeria was atop most lists, so we walked until we found it. Pizzeria Starita did not disappoint. Each of us ordered a pizza and they were the best pizzas we've ever had! The bill was 14.5E! That was amazing too!
We walked back down the hills of Naples, through the center of the city, to the waterfront and back to the ship, visiting more cathedrals, people watching, and enjoying every moment.
By 5 pm, our ship set sail for Sicily. Onward!
