Papa and I arrived in Seattle late this afternoon. We took the Link Train from the airport to downtown, then jumped in a taxi for the last few blocks to our hotel. We are staying at The Edgewater Hotel, originally built for the 1962 World’s Fair, and it is Seattle’s only waterfront hotel. After checking into the hotel, we had dinner at Anthony's Fish Market. We had fresh fish and chips at a table overlooking a small marina. I walked up to Pike's Market after dinner, as the sun was setting. The air was warm, the sky was clear... a beautiful evening!
