Over the past few months, I've seen more dust storms than ever before. While traveling last week, we drove through a dust storm near Shiprock, New Mexico. It was a frightening experience. The visibility was very low, our Hummer was rocking from the wind, and we had to be careful about other traffic. About 30 miles before getting to Shiprock, we saw a rainbow.
