When in Tucson, Papa and I eat out often. One of our favorites is OPA! As soon as guests are seated, the waiters bring complimentary hummus and tzatziki with fresh warm pita slices. We almost always order Greek Salad and a lamb and beef gyro platter. The leftovers are good too!
