Greek Dinner

Carly and Colter and their boys, Colter Lee and Traven, joined us for dinner tonight.  I made a Greek dinner, with chicken souvlaki, beef gyros, spanakopita, roasted potatoes, Greek salad, pita chips with hummus and tzatziki, and baklava with honeyed apricots for dessert.  Everything was yummy!  We ate on the patio.  It was a beautiful evening, with the moon coming over the mountain just as they were leaving, around 8:30 p.m.  We count our blessings every day that Colter manages our ranch and that he, Carly, and their children are part of our lives.
